True North // VBS 2025
Guide kids on the ultimate Alaskan adventure where northern lights glow over majestic mountains, racing rivers, and glistening glaciers. As kids trek the tundra, they’ll explore how easy it is to lose sight of what’s true in our wild world today. Pointing them toward Jesus, True North VBS shows them that he is a faithful friend we can always trust. He’s our True North!

On Saturday (6/14) at 10:45am, we'll conclude with a VBS Celebration service that the whole family is invited to attend.
Please also note that VBS will not meet on wednesday, June 11th.
Participant Info
Kids ages 4-11 are invited to participate in VBS. Kids ages 2-3 yrs are welcome to join the fun if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Pre-Registration for VBS participants is now closed (as of 6/5 at noon)! We have limited space for walk-ins available - register in-person on Monday (6/9) beginning at 6pm. Adults and teens ages 12 and up may volunteer.
Day 5 of VBS (Saturday - 6/14) at 10:45am, we'll conclude with a special VBS celebration service for the whole family!
We are so excited to have you join us as we learn to trust Jesus as our TRUE NORTH in today’s wild world!
Volunteer Info
Volunteers are needed to make VBS possible! There are a wide variety of opportunities to help so there’s sure to be something for everyone! Volunteer online registration is now closed (as of midnight on 6/6) to allow our team a day to prepare volunteer assignments ahead of our meeting on June 7th. If you would like to help but did not have a chance to sign up, email hannah@canyoncreekproject.com
All volunteers should mark their calendars for a volunteer meeting on Saturday, June 7th at 5pm - Zoom link is below.
All volunteers over 18 yrs of age must complete the Sterling Volunteer Training program and complete a background check, if not already completed within in the last 3 years. This training is all online and takes 30-45 min to complete. We use this program to help keep our kids safe! Click HERE for instructions on how to complete the training.
